Our 1-Year Health Guarantee

Every KK Doodles puppy is examined by a licensed veterinarian, vaccinated for its age and microchipped before it leaves, and it goes home with a health certificate. On top of that, every puppy is covered by the guarantee below.

What Is Covered

For 12 months from the day your puppy goes home, we guarantee your puppy against any life-threatening congenital or hereditary condition: a serious condition the puppy was born with or inherited from its parents.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses such a condition within that time, we will replace your puppy with a puppy of equal value from a future litter, as soon as one is available.

What You Need to Do

1. Vet check within 72 hoursTake your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival for a general health check, and keep the written record.
2. Keep up with routine careFollow your vet's schedule for vaccination boosters, deworming and parasite prevention, and keep the records.
3. Feed and care for your puppy wellGive your puppy a quality diet, a safe home and regular vet visits.
4. Tell us straight awayIf your vet diagnoses a covered condition, contact us within 7 days with the written diagnosis and your puppy's vet records.

What Is Not Covered

• Intestinal parasites such as worms, coccidia and giardia, which are common in puppies and easily treated.
• Kennel cough, colds and other minor infections.
• Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) caused by stress, missed meals or overexertion after the puppy leaves us. Micro and pocket puppies need small, regular meals for this reason.
• Injuries, accidents, poisoning, or illness caused by neglect or poor care.
• Conditions that are not life-threatening, such as an umbilical hernia, a slightly uneven bite or minor skin problems.
• Vet bills. The remedy under this guarantee is a replacement puppy.

Good to Know

• The guarantee is for the original buyer and is not transferable.
• It runs for 12 months from the day your puppy goes home, whether it is delivered or collected.
• Your puppy's vaccination record, microchip details and health certificate come with it. Keep them with your vet records.
